Swim Meet Entry Deadlines for Summer 2006
June 1st, Thursday= Hutchinson Salt City Swim Meet Entries are due at the YMCA by NOON.
Manhattan Little Apple Swim Meet Entries are due at the YMCA by NOON. June 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Friday, Saturday, Sunday= Look over the entries for correct times, events, event numbers, etc. E-mail or call Brenda with any changes.
June 5th, Monday= Sarah and Brenda will make any necessary changes, update times from the weekend, and put together relays and send the final entries to Hutchinson and Manhattan.
June 6th, Tuesday= We will verify with Hutchinson and Manhattan that they received our entries.
June 8th, Thursday= Wichita Air Capital Swim Meet Entries are due at the YMCA by NOON. June 9th, 10th, 11th, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday= Look over the entries for correct times, events, event numbers, etc. E-mail or call Brenda with any changes.
June 12th Monday= Sarah and Brenda will make any necessary changes, update times from the weekend, and put together relays and send the final entries to Wichita Air Capital Meet.
June 13th Tuesday= We will verify with Wichita that they received our entries.
The Lawrence entries will be due June 15th with us sending the final report to Lawrence on June 19th. If you have any questions let me know.
June 22nd, Thursday= Tentative Lawrence Swim Meet Entries will be due to the YMCA by NOON.
June 29th, Thursday=Tentative Emporia Swim Meet Entries will be due to the YMCA by NOON.
We will let you know when entries are due for Lawrence and Emporia when we find out for sure when their deadline is.
The same with Region VIII’s, DII’s in Derby, and DI’s in Lenexa.
